He has always been practical, upfront and professional. I would highly recommend him for strategic planning, greenfield or hospital operational projects.”

Mr. Amin Manekia, Chairman – Aga Khan Health Services, India

“Amit was the lead consultant for my firm’s project in India. It was a first-of-its-kind assignment focused on developing enablers for Value Based Care in the Indian region – Amit delivered an outstanding project!

His candid attitude and nuanced understanding of the Indian healthcare environment helped us to make the right decisions and achieve our objectives. His hands-on and rational approach established a strong trust basis that was essential in effectively managing the multi-stakeholder environment. I would be my honor to collaborate with him again.”

Mr. Stefan Suter, Founder and CEO - Curo-Health GmbH, Switzerland

"We had an opportunity to work closely with Dr. Amit Talele when we were looking for partnering with a professional organization to help us manage our Trust Hospital at Palghar. We found his approach very professional and at the same time friendly and open. He took pains to understand our needs, adhered meticulously to the timelines and guided us sensitively at every stage of the process. His research into the background of the prospective partners was exhaustive and his briefing precise. He supported us and stood with us all the way till we were convinced and comfortable with the partner we had chosen. It was a great learning experience working with Dr. Amit and we are continuing to work with him on further projects as we are confident that our core interests will be safeguarded."

Dr Kumar DhawaleTrustee - Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust, Palghar, India

"I have worked with Dr. Talele on a Value Based Care project in 2019 and 2020. This pioneering project, sponsored by GIZ and my company Medicount, was a first of its kind in India. The project collected VBC data on knee replacements from 10 hospitals in Mumbai. Dr. Talele excellently planned and coordinated the project in his capacity as the local expert for Swiss VBC consultancy Curo Health that GIZ and Medicount had contracted as the project manager. Dr. Talele not only devised the data collection tools and recruited interested hospitals but also trained hospital staff on VBC data collection. Dr. Talele's extensive network in the Indian healthcare industry proved to be extremely helpful for the project, as proved his profound medical and data analytics knowledge. The project succeeded in collecting the most extensive comparative VBC dataset on knee replacements in private medical facilities in India to date. It was presented at a GIZ-sponsored VBC workshop in Mumbai in Oktober 2019. The results have also been summarized in this project focus note.”
